Emotional Health – Friendships

Everyone worries about making friends even if they look like they don’t. Some people like to have lots of friends, while others like to have a couple of close ones. If you feel you don’t have any friends that can feel very lonely and it’s very common for friends to fall out.

Tips to help – Invite someone to sit next to you, Smile and be friendly, take things slowly, talk to someone you wouldn’t usually talk too, join a club or youth group.
