The team is supported by experienced duty health visitors and school nurses representing our services who will:

Provide clinical advice over the phone for families and referrers
Signpost to other appropriate services

Your duty health visitors or school nurse will endeavour to contact you within 24 hours of you placing your call with us.

When e-mailing us with specific queries about your child, please make sure you leave details of your child’s name, date of birth, and address to help us respond to your enquiry.

Making a referral

A parent/carer or a healthcare professional can refer a child to our services.

Please email us with details. Remember to include your child’s name, date of birth, and address.
